Required Medicare disclosures
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.

Everything published here is general information about Medicare. It is not medical advice, not legal advice and not tax advice, and it is not a recommendation of any specific insurance plan for any specific person.
A recommendation requires knowing your circumstances — your providers, your medications, your ZIP code, your finances. That is what a conversation is for, and nothing on this site substitutes for one.
Accuracy and the passage of time
Medicare changes every plan year. Premiums, deductibles, coinsurance amounts, income thresholds, plan benefits, provider networks and drug formularies are all reset annually, and some change mid-year.
We label figures with the plan year they apply to and update them when new figures are published. Even so, always confirm current details before acting on anything here. If a page shows a plan year that has already passed, treat every number on it as historical.
The free tools
The calculators and checkers on this site produce estimates. They run entirely in your browser using the figures you enter and published federal amounts for the stated plan year.
They are not quotes, and specifically:
- They do not price any actual insurance plan or name any carrier or product.
- They do not check whether your doctors are in any network.
- They do not price your medications against any plan's formulary.
- They do not make Social Security's IRMAA determination — Social Security does that and will notify you directly.
Use them to ask better questions. Do not use them as the basis for an enrollment decision on their own.
No cost to you
There is never a fee to you for our services. Insurance carriers pay commissions to licensed agents at rates set by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Your premium is identical whether you enroll through us, through a call centre, or directly with the carrier.

We link to Medicare.gov, the Social Security Administration and similar resources for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. Following a link means their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.
Intellectual property
The text, design and code of this site are the property of Insurance Anthem. You are welcome to read it, print it and share links to it. Republishing the content as your own is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insurance Anthem is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here. Your enrollment decisions are made with the carrier and with Medicare, and the governing documents are the plan documents — not this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
